Tom and Alan Wright London UK
Me and my brother bought a property last September through Global Investments Incorporated and I have to be honest I have been pleasantly surprised so far. The initial property that we wanted to go for, we didn't end up closing on as there was a problem with the tenant, but the alternative property that was offered, although it was slightly more expensive ($3,000 to be exact) was a far superior property. The property inspection took a little longer than we would have liked as the inspector had a little trouble getting in due to the tenant working odd hours, so we didn't close on the house until mid November. All through this time, we were kept up to date with progress from John, and once the inspector gave the green light, we closed very quickly. The lady from the management company got in touch a couple days after we closed to inform us about their services. We were happy to hire them and they promptly got in touch with the tenant to let them know they would be collecting the rent in future. As of the start of December we started seeing the rent hit our account so we breath a sigh of relief. Now that we have one in Detroit, we have both decided to expand our portfolio. We have put one of our buy to let properties in the UK up for sale and we are going to put those funds into a couple more there and gradually build up a decent portfolio out there. Of course we will be using Global again as their services are worth every penny, and because we know how it works this time, the next ones should be plain sailing.
